Denise Scheuerer
Denise Scheuerer, M.A.
Biography
Denise Scheuerer holds degrees in Islamic Studies, Political Science, and Economics, with a specialization in Modern Middle East studies from the universities of Erlangen and Damascus. After completing her studies, she worked for a member of the Bundestag and later served as an education coordinator for the municipality of Dietenhofen. Her experience also includes a role as a research assistant focused on the recognition of foreign professional qualifications, and managing an office within the City of Nuremberg. In addition to these roles, she has frequently worked as a freelance translator, interpreter, and moderator.
At BaFID, Denise is responsible for media and public relations, managing the research center’s media presence and overseeing all media appearances. She is also in charge of producing a new video series for the organization.
